Social Studio: social content with AI

Social Studio

Social Studio is Puntify's space for managing your social media. It brings reviews, posts and videos together on one screen, analyzes their tone (positive, neutral or negative) and helps you create new content with artificial intelligence, scheduling it on a calendar. You'll find it at /merchant/socialstudio/<id>.

The main screen

1. At the top you'll find the indicators (sentiment, engagement, reputation, AI score).
2. The central feed can be filtered by platform with the chips "Instagram", "Facebook", "TikTok", "Google Maps", "YouTube", "Pinterest", "Threads", and by "Sentiment" ("Positive", "Neutral", "Negative") and period ("Last 24h", "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days", "Last 90 days").
3. The "Alerts and issues" section flags what needs attention and "Recent drafts" shows the content in progress.

Creating and scheduling content

Tap "Publish content" to open the composer, a 5-step flow:

1. Brief: write what it's about in the "Content brief" and choose the "Tone" (Professional and direct, Friendly and warm, Energetic and urgent, Elegant and refined). You can add an "Image (optional)" by choosing "None", "Upload" or "Generate with AI".
2. AI variants: the AI proposes a few versions of the text.
3. Where to publish: you select the target platforms.
4. Preview: you check how it will look.
5. When: you choose "Now" or "Schedule" to plan it.

Settings: AI and social connections

From the "Settings" icon you open two tabs. Under "AI" you choose which credential Social Studio uses for "Text generation (captions, posts, replies, sentiment)" and for "Image generation". Under "Social" you connect your pages. Note: at the moment only "Google Business Profile" can be connected (the "Connect" button); the other platforms show "Connect (coming soon)", meaning they'll be available later. To generate text and images you must first have set up an AI credential (see the article on credentials and integrations).

The editorial calendar

From "Quick actions" you open the "Editorial calendar": a monthly grid with your scheduled and published content day by day, to plan your social presence at a glance.

Common questions

Can I already publish to Instagram or TikTok? Automatic publishing to those platforms is "coming soon": for now Google Business Profile can be connected. Do I need anything to generate the text? Yes: first set up an AI credential under Settings → AI, otherwise generation isn't active. What does the tone change? It adapts the style of the generated text (more formal, friendly, energetic or elegant). Where do I see what I've scheduled? In the editorial calendar, month by month.
