The customer directory
Browse your customers, filter them by category, and open each one's profile with points, transactions, appointments and rewards.
The customer directory
The "Customers" section is your shop's directory: it gathers everyone who has made at least one transaction or booking with you. It helps you get to know your customer base, understand who your most loyal customers are and open each one's profile. You'll find it at /merchant/<id>/clients.
Browsing and filtering the list
- At the top, four panels summarize your customer base: "Total customers", "VIP customers", "Average spend" and "Inactive customers".
- The search bar "Search customer by name, email or phone…" filters the list in real time.
- The "Category" chips split customers into "All", "VIP", "Regular", "Occasional" and "Inactive".
- The "Sort by" menu reorders the list by "Recent", "Points", "Spend" or "Visits".
Each customer is a card with an avatar, name, contact details and four numbers: "Points" (total earned), "Bookings", "Last purchase" and "Frequency" (visits in the last week). A badge shows whether they're "Active", "Inactive" or "VIP".
Opening a customer's profile
Tap a card to open the "Customer profile". At the top you'll find the name, email and phone, with four summary panels: "Points earned", "Total spend", "Visits" and "Appointments". You can rename the customer by tapping the pencil icon next to the name (you'll see "Name updated" once saved). Below there are five tabs:
- Details: email, phone, registration date, account type and the date they connected to your shop.
- Loyalty: current points, progress toward the "Next reward" and the reward catalog (unlocked or with "X pts to go").
- Appointments: the customer's bookings with date, service/resource and status.
- Transactions: the latest movements ("Credit" or "Reward redemption"); if there are more than 20 you'll see "Showing the 20 most recent out of X".
- Rewards: the rewards requested, with status "Redeemed" or "Pending".
Common questions
How does a customer get into the directory? Automatically, as soon as they make a transaction or a booking at your shop. What do VIP, Regular, Occasional and Inactive mean? They're categories based on visit frequency and inactivity: "VIP" are the most loyal, "Inactive" haven't been in for more than 7 days. If I rename a customer, does it change their account? No: the name you set is only a label within your location. Can I add a customer manually? Yes, with the "Add customer" button at the top of the list.
