In the dedicated section turn on review collection. The customer can leave a rating from your public page or after an interaction (an order, a visit).

- Invite those who have just earned points or completed an order to review: that's when satisfaction is highest.
- Use the QR or the link to make it instant.
Step 3 — Read and reply
You'll find all the reviews you've collected in one place. Replying — even to a critical rating — shows you care and turns an unhappy customer into a loyal one.
Step 4 — AI analysis
Puntify can analyze the tone of reviews and highlight recurring strengths and weaknesses, so you can see at a glance what to improve.
