Subscription and online payments

There are two distinct things not to confuse. The subscription is what you pay to use Puntify: you manage it from "My shops → Subscription". Online payments, on the other hand, are the takings you receive from customers when they book and pay online: you turn them on under "Payments" for each individual shop.

The subscription

The Puntify subscription is a single one for your account and covers all your points of sale. The fee is charged per point of sale, excluding VAT, and decreases as the number of points of sale grows; the price of the tier you reach applies to all of them:

• 1 point of sale: €9.99 per month or €99.99 per year;
• 2 to 5 points of sale: €8.99 per month or €89.99 per year each;
• 6 or more points of sale: €7.99 per month or €79.99 per year each.

You can pay monthly or annually: the annual plan costs about the same as 10 monthly payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

The free trial

• Length: 3 months free of charge if you create your first point of sale by 31 December 2026; 15 days if you create it from 1 January 2027 (Italian time).
• When it starts: when you create your first point of sale, not when you register your account. Until you create a point of sale, the trial does not start.
• Once only: the trial is granted once per account; deleting and recreating the point of sale does not restart it.
• During the trial: adding or removing points of sale costs nothing; the first charge counts the points of sale active at that time.
• When the trial ends: you have a 5-day grace period to activate the subscription; after that, the subscription is suspended until you activate it.

The Subscription page

From "My shops", tap "Subscription". The page shows:

1. Your subscription: the status (for example "Trial" or "Active"), the points of sale included, the "Trial start" and "Trial end" dates, the plan and the amount.
2. Plan: choose "Monthly" or "Annual", check the total and tap "Activate subscription" to complete the payment on Stripe (company name, address and VAT number are required). You can also activate it during the trial: the first charge is normally made when the free trial ends, and the exact date is shown before you proceed.
3. Payment and invoices and Billing details (after activation): with "Manage on Stripe" you update your payment method and billing details, download invoices, change plan or cancel the subscription; for Italian e-invoicing, you enter your SDI recipient code or certified email address (PEC).
4. How it works: the rules for adding and removing points of sale, changing plan and cancelling, the same as in the Terms and Conditions.

Collecting online with Stripe (Payments)

The shop's "Payments" section is instead used to connect a connector to "collect booking payments online. The funds arrive in your account; Puntify only keeps a service fee." The available connector is Stripe (a service that handles card payments). This part is up and running:

1. Open "Payments": you see the Stripe connector with its status.
2. If it's "Not connected", tap "Connect": you're taken to the Stripe website to register your details.
3. On return, if any details are missing the status becomes "To complete" and the button is "Complete onboarding": tap it to finish the setup.
4. When everything is ready the status is "Active" and the button becomes "Manage", to open the Stripe panel.

Common questions

When does the free trial start? When you create your first point of sale, not when you register your account. How long does it last? 15 days. What happens when it ends? You have a 5-day grace period to activate the subscription from the "Subscription" page; after that, the subscription is suspended until you activate it. What's the difference between Subscription and Payments? The subscription is what you pay for Puntify; Payments are the takings you receive from customers. How much does Puntify keep on takings? Only a service fee: the rest of the funds arrive in your account connected to Stripe. Do I have to set up Stripe for each shop? Yes: the Payments section is per location.
